• Reviews and ratings — The reviews, ratings, and comments you choose to publish on property and developer pages.
• Listing information — Project details, prices, photos, and locations you upload when you post or manage a property.
• Location — If you use the option to find properties near you, your browser asks your permission and shares your current coordinates for that search only.
• Usage data — Device, browser, referring page, and the pages you view on Bhumilok, collected through analytics. If you allow push notifications, we also store the notification token and browser details for your device.

You can search properties, compare cities, and read reviews without creating an account.

2.How we use information

Your information is used to deliver the service you asked for and to make the platform work better for everyone.

• Pass your enquiry to the relevant seller, developer, agent, or our in-house sales team so they can respond.
• Contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email about the property you enquired about and similar options.
• Publish the reviews, ratings, and listings you submit.
• Send service updates and, where you have allowed it, browser push notifications.
• Detect misuse, prevent fraudulent listings, and keep reviews genuine.
• Measure how the site is used so we can improve search, listings, and page performance.

3.Sharing of information

Enquiry details are shared with the people who need to respond to you, and with no one else.

• Sellers, developers, and agents — The owner of the listing you enquired about sees your name, phone number, email, and city in their dashboard so they can get back to you.
• Our sales team — Bhumilok staff receive your enquiry by email and can open your chat conversation so they can respond to you.
• Our chat platform — Chat runs on BNB Message, our group messaging service. Your name, email, phone number, and messages are stored there so sellers and our team can reply to you.
• Service providers — Hosting, email, messaging, analytics, and notification partners process data only on our instructions.
• Legal reasons — We may disclose information when the law, a court, or a government authority requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
• Business transfer — If Bhumilok is involved in a merger or acquisition, this policy continues to apply to your information.

We never sell your personal information to third parties.

4.Cookies and analytics

Cookies and browser storage keep you signed in and help us understand which parts of Bhumilok are actually useful.

• Essential cookies — Keep your sign-in session active and remember the account type you picked while signing up.
• Browser storage — Saves the city you selected, any unfinished listing draft, and the contact details you last typed into an enquiry form so it can fill them in again. This stays on your own device.

• BNB Message — Our group chat platform. It holds your chat identity and the conversations you have with sellers and our team.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging — Used to deliver browser push notifications to signed-in users.
• OpenStreetMap — Used to turn the coordinates from a near me search into a city name. It never receives your name or contact details.
• WhatsApp and email partners — Used to send WhatsApp messages and email about your enquiry.

Listings may link to builder or developer websites. Once you leave Bhumilok, the privacy policy of that website applies.

We review this policy from time to time so that it keeps up with how the platform works.
